The Five Organs / 五つの組織¶
The Foundation is designed as five organs. Read them as the brand's structural skeleton: many downstream materials reference them. Today the work proceeds through existing entities (the Red Dot School, the RDS USA NPO, Found Object) that the unified Foundation is meant to integrate.
財団は五つの組織として設計されている。これらはブランドの構造的な骨格であり、多くの派生資料がこれらを参照している。現在、活動は既存の主体（レッドドットスクール、RDS USA NPO、ファウンドオブジェクト）を通じて進められており、統合された財団はこれらを一つにまとめることを目指している。
The organs / 組織¶
- The Stewardship Council / 評議会 : responsible for the long view, the rule, and succession across generations. 長期的な視点、規範、そして世代を越えた継承を担う。
- The School and its Public Programme / 学校と公開プログラム : currently The Red Dot School. 現在はレッドドットスクールにあたる。
- The Design Studio / デザインスタジオ : currently in formation as Found Object. 現在ファウンドオブジェクトとして形成途上にある。
- The Material Workshop / 物質の工房 : the akiya cycle, salvage, hikiya hand-relocation, the circular material economy. 空き家の循環、サルベージ（廃材回収）、曳家による移築、そして循環型の物質経済を担う。
- The Resident Community / 定住コミュニティ : the people who live on Sagishima year-round in alignment with the Foundation. 財団と歩調を合わせ、佐木島に一年を通じて暮らす人々。
The four shapes map onto the organs / 四つの形と組織の対応¶
The four pedagogical shapes belong to the School: they are how the School sorts student cohorts and routes their work into the other organs. Each shape maps to an organ:
四つの教育上の形は学校に属する。学校はこれらを用いて学生のコホートを分類し、その活動を他の組織へと振り向ける。それぞれの形は一つの組織に対応している。

The shapes are pedagogical, not operational: they are not how the Design Studio or the Material Workshop run internally. Each organ has its own internal structure; the shapes are the School's instrument for routing student work toward the organ it serves. (Japanese shape names are working translations; confirm.)
これらの形は教育上のものであり、運営上のものではない。デザインスタジオや物質の工房が内部でどのように運営されているかを示すものではない。各組織はそれぞれ独自の内部構造を持っており、形はあくまで、学生の活動をそれが資する組織へと振り向けるための学校の手段である。（日本語の形の名称は暫定的な訳であり、確認を要する。）
