What we know / わかっていること

• Haiku composition is among Isso's specialties. 俳句の創作は、河本義成（イッソ）の得意とするものの一つである。
• The Theory of Change Archive names the kinds of local knowledge worth holding: local slang words, planting seasons, how to peel a persimmon properly, alongside Sunoue's Obon choreography. Theory of Change のアーカイブは、留めておくに値する土地の知恵として、須ノ上の盆踊りの振付とともに、土地の俗語、作付けの季節、柿の正しい剥き方を挙げている。
• Much of this knowledge is exactly what the Isso-San Anthropology initiative exists to record. こうした知恵の多くは、まさにイッソさん人類学の取り組みが記録しようとしているものである。

• Almost none of this tacit knowledge is yet written down. The largest single store is Isso's memory. See open questions (item 1). この暗黙知のほとんどは、まだ書き留められていない。最大の蓄えは河本義成（イッソ）の記憶である。未解決の問い（項目1）を参照。
